UI/UX Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and confident UI/UX Designer who can design exceptional digital experiences while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling client discussions, understanding business requirements, presenting design concepts, and translating client feedback into user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to create effective user experiences.
• Lead client meetings to understand project goals, present design concepts, and explain design decisions.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback and client inputs.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect designs across devices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience creating design systems and interactive prototypes.

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be confident in client-facing interactions and presentations.
• Ability to understand business requirements directly from clients.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions.
• Comfortable conducting requirement-gathering sessions, design walkthroughs, and feedback discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Professional email and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with developer handoff and collaboration.
• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, travel, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce products is preferred.
