IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various IT domains while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
•  Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
•  Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Negotiate salary and close candidates within timelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Experience working with ATS and HRMS tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
